Top opening thick paper lyrics/photo inner sleeve with a thumb cut-out, and 3 corners cut; this release does not include the additional Picasso annotation on the inner sleeve bottom right lyrics side, which is present on all subsequent releases.
There is a very similar version here [r=28983271, but there the inner sleeve has no thumb cut-out and straight corners.
