Four-panel gloss gatefold sleeve including photographs, lyrics, credits and dedications.
Some early copies were issued with a black card inner sleeve with a wide die-cut thumb section, centre holes and rounded corners.
Some early copies also include an 8" x 8.5" album discography/fan club merchandise sheet with the catalogue number 'EMA 800 (I)'. Full colour on the discography side, B&W on the order form side.
